Bio

Tiana Epps-Johnson is the Voting Information Project’s Project Manager. She works with state and local election officials to publish voting information in a standardized format to enable developers to build innovative tools that connect voters with customized election information. Prior to joining NOIEF, Tiana was a Junior Specialist at the UCSF Center for Tobacco Control Research and Education, where her work focused on documenting 100+ years of advocacy efforts in the state of Iowa and providing recommendations to improve contemporary efforts. Tiana holds an MSc in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University. Tiana is an Excel master, but primarily uses spreadsheets to administer staff-wide fitness challenges.
